Ian Crawford
Ian founded Working Theory to offer independent and creative advisory services that exceed what is conventionally possible.
Ian has a degree in Engineering (Electronics) from Curtin University and has studied widely in computer science, organisational psychology and management theory.
He has been working with information technology for over forty years and is known for finding innovative, knowledge driven solutions to business challenges.
Ian's strengths are:
- innovative business strategy
- risk management
- establishing new teams and processes, and
- management of complex projects.
Perspective
Our focus is on people and purpose - i.e. There is no such thing as an 'IT project'.
The product is not the solution, and a catalogue is not a design methodology.
If we cannot explain how value is produced, we do not touch the system.
Recent Projects
- Cloud Migration Strategy
- Determine context, drivers, funding model and strategy.
Specify clustering of workloads and prioritisation. - Tenders and Contract for ICT Support
